Shipping And Handling:
Shipping charges are calculated at time of checkout. Your package usually leaves our factory within two business
days after your place your order, but could take up to five business days. |
Delivery Schedule:
After the package leaves our
factory, it usually takes 1 to 5 Business days for the USPS to deliver the package
to you. We will e-mail you the tracking No. within two business days after you place
your order.

Back Orders:
If your item
is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the
option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Shipping Destination:
Nine Fingers Mustard Company
ships within Continental USA via United States Postal Service (USPS) only. We usually process
you order as soon as we receive it. Your package usually leaves our factory within
two business days after your place your order, but could take up to five business
days. |
Returns Policy: 
If you need to return
an item due to a quality issue or damage during shipment, we need to be contacted
by email or telephone within 48 hours of receipt of the product. Please provide
our Customer Service Department with such details as product description, date received,
package tracking number and the nature of the quality issue or damage. We will be
glad to replace or exchange the item, or refund your money, less shipping and handling.
Returns for any other reason will need to be returned at the expense of the customer.
No refunds will be issued for shipping and handling of these returned items. Items
not returned in original condition or partial return will not qualify for a full
refund. All returned non-defective merchandise must be in original purchase condition
with the original packaging intact and include the original receipt/invoice/packing
slip. All returns that are eligible for credit are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Nine Fingers Mustard Co. will issue credit upon approval of returned merchandise.
Nine Fingers Mustard Co. will not issue credit for returned merchandise damaged
in shipment. Customer must email or call to obtain a Return Authorization No. and
return instructions before sending your return package.

If an item is returned as a result of an incorrect address
provided by you, we can reship the product to the correct address at an additional
cost to you. Due to the perishability of some of our products, we may be unable
to repackage and ship returned items. Therefore, you will be responsible for the
cost of the new product and the additional shipping charges. |
